Plan “B” is an open source supressor mounting “ecosystem”, that is made up of the following:

How do they attatch?
The Muzzle Device is attatched to the threaded portion of a barrel and the Mount is attached to the rear of a supressor.
This combination allows for a strong lockup for heavy use, but does not require tools to attach or detatch.

Cleaning:
It is reccomended that the user cleans and degreases the threaded portions of the following, prior to installation.
Muzzle device
Mount
Supressor
Barrel
Adhesive:
Rockesett is the reccomended adhesive for extended, heavy use.
Quantity: 2-4 Drops
Red /Green Loctite can be used in place, but it is not reccomended due to nature of loctite breaking down with the introduction of heat over time.
Quantity: 2-4 Drops
Torque Values:
35-45 Ft Lbs
Prior to Live Firing:
Check the entire systems alignment (Suppressor installed onto the host), prior to live fire.

The Most common cause of misalignment is from user installation error.
User Related Misalignment Errors:
Use of a crush washer in place of the manufacturer reccomended timing shims
Use of thin or previously used timing shims, which can tear when being torqued to proper toque values
Lack of proper torque when tightening the mount to the muzzle device
Manufacturer Related Misalignment Issues:
Barrel:
Outer Threads are not cut “concentric” to bore of barrel
Shoulder not cut square
Shoulder surface is rough or has a burr
Muzzle Devices:
Internal Threads are not cut “concentric” relative to the outside dimensions
Shoulder not cut square
Shoulder surface is rough or has a burr
Mounts:
Internal Threads are not cut “concentric”
Internal taper has debris or burr
Supressors:Internal Threads are not cut “concentric”
Shoulder not cut square
Shoulder surface is rough or has a burr
